Warehouse Assistant Supervisor

DUTIES:
- Assist in managing all warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, processing, and shipping; ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time to meet same-day or next-day shipping cutoffs.
- Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflow strategies for optimize workflow.
- Implement and manage cycle counting and physical inventory procedures to achieve and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Oversee the proper storage, rotation, and handling of stock, FIFO, etc.
- Set clear KPIs and conduct performance reviews, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Performing other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree (preferably in Operation Management or related course)
- Computer literate (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Detail oriented, comprehension skills, time management, and organizational skills
