Warehouse Assistant

Job Purpose

To support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials to the production line to ensure zero downtime in the Annual Production Plan .

Reporting To: Purchasing Assistant Manager

Location: Asahi Best Base Sdn Bhd (Factory Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming materials and check quantity/quality against the Delivery Order (DO).
• Storage & Inventory: Organize materials in designated locations using the “First‑In, First‑Out” (FIFO) method.
• Production Support: Prepare and issue raw materials/parts to the production floor based on daily request slips.
• Packing & Dispatch: Assist in packing finished goods for shipment to customers.
• Record Keeping: Update stock cards or the inventory system accurately to prevent “Lack of Material” situations.
