Job Description

• To assist Warehouse officer to get and check stock according to receipt/DC or Pick slips/ challan.
• To help Warehouse Officer and make sure that the stock is Updated in System as per the physical.
• To assist Warehouse Officer to keep up record on everyday schedule and maintain the ledgers.
• To assist Warehouse Officer in keeping up and refreshing the Stock transfer’s record.
• To assist Warehouse Officer in checking and dispatching stocks request according to Demand Summary (DS).
• To assist Warehouse Officer in getting and concluding the arrival stock.
• To assist in check, guarantee and accommodate final report with Returned Stock.
• To co-ordinate with Quality and Compliance group in regard to QMS (Quality Management System) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
