**Day to Day Responsibility**
+ Develop warehouse objectives and strategy to support department goals.
+ Control and monitor warehouse spending & headcount.
+ Support production flawlessly.
+ Manage daily warehousing operation such as materials receiving, issuing, products packing & shipping in compliance with procedure. Continue to improve the efficiency and inventory accuracy.
+ Optimization space utilization and operation process.
+ Manage warehouse to meet all systems’ requirement (ISO, EHS etc. )
+ Focus on continuous improvement by leveraging ERP and WMS tools
+ Develop a capable team to support business grows
+ Other tasks assigned by supervisor
