About the Role

Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain
Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm

$35-$38 per hour, casual rate + super

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Minto. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in pallet control, documentation management, and compliance. The role will also provide support to onsite Transport Coordinators as required.

 Duties and Responsibilities
Managing and reconciling pallet accounts, investigating discrepancies

Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation systems

Validating transport documentation to meet CoR, safety, and quality standards

Supporting daily operations and assisting Transport Coordinators as needed
Required Skills
Strong experience in pallet control (essential), including CHEP/LOSCAM management

Experience with documentation control
