We are looking for a Mid-Level International Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on global hiring for AI/R Company. Companies such as Avenue Code, Invillia, and Compass UOL are part of the group.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end) for technical and niche roles across regions such as the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
• Act as a consultant to stakeholders and Customer Success teams, providing market intelligence on rates, talent availability, and local hiring models.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify top-tier technology talent (Dev, QA, DevOps, Data, etc.).
• Take ownership of building and maintaining talent pipelines, proactively reporting metrics in a strategic manner.
