About the Role
Bitton, located in Rose Bay NSW 2029, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Present menus, explain dishes, and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring an exceptional dining experience
- Clear and reset tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Monitor customer needs and respond promptly to requests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service
- Follow workplace hygiene, food safety, and health regulations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
