Waiter / Waitress

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter at Peponi's located in Nairobi. As a vital part of our floor team, you'll deliver warm, attentive service and help create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
We want someone who represents integrity through and through, will build genuine connections with guests, and communicate with clarity with management.
Responsibilities
Constantly keep management informed of guest feedback, shift issues, or mistakes
Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm, ensuring their experience is smooth from start to finish
Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with guests about menu options, wait times, and any concerns
Deliver food and drinks with care and attention to detail
