Responsibilities

Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.
Perform related duties as assigned by Maître d’hôtel.
Requirements
Degree in Hospitality will be considered as an asset.
Experience in a relevant position.
Strong organizational skills.
Team spirit and customer-oriented approach.
Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
