Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and elevate to management if necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area including clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and completing side‑work tasks
• Process payments from customers accurately using the POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals to customers

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter is preferred but not required
