This Senior executive role is responsible for leading Trilliant’s expansion into new markets and strategic growth initiatives across selected countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, reporting to the Managing Director of CALA.


This is an individual contributor role that requires a proven leader with deep knowledge of the utility and energy ecosystem, capable of managing multi-year sales cycles that progress through pilots, small deployments, and large-scale rollouts, who can demonstrate and leverage senior relationships in the markets that operate and builds high-impact relationships with governments, regulators, utilities, and industry associations with mutually beneficial strategies.


The role plays a critical part in shaping market standards, influencing policy, and positioning Trilliant as a trusted partner in the region’s energy transition and decarbonization journey.
