Northern State University is one of the six public universities governed by the South Dakota Board of Regents. The VPFA serves as the institution’s chief financial and administrative officer and is a key member of the President’s Cabinet, reporting directly to the President. This executive provides strategic leadership, oversight, and stewardship of the university’s financial resources and administrative operations in support of the institution’s mission, strategic plan, and long-term sustainability.
