About the Role

Responsibilities

Lead the regional Management Team to develop and execute Yara’s strategy across Iberia & Maghreb, driving the strategic transformation initiatives defined in the Business Plan and aligned with the Europe South Business Unit strategy.

Oversee Yara’s Iberia terminal operations ensuring safe, compliant and efficient handling and storage of products, driving operational reliability and cost competitiveness, and aligning terminal performance with regional commercial priorities and supply chain strategy.

Promote and ensure a strong culture of safety, compliance, and ethics, in line with Yara’s global standards, HESQ requirements, and Code of Conduct.

Define and implement a cohesive farmer-centric Go-To-Market strategy for the region, integrating digitalisation, crop and yield solutions, regenerative agriculture, and a strong, aligned distributor and value-chain partner base.
