VP - Compliance (Global)

Overview

Client = Listed MNC, headquartered for the region in Singapore. You will be joining an established legal team in Singapore and with full oversight to further develop and rollout critical compliance programs globally.

Responsibilities

• As a key member of the APAC legal and compliance team, you will develop and rollout / adoption of key compliance related matters such as KYC, Trade, AML, Sanctions, Investigations, Privacy and Policy.


• You will work with senior leaders from around the world, offering compliance support on areas such as transactions and product distribution. This will also focus on the design, development and implementation of contracts, frameworks, policies and processes.


• You will support the business with daily requests, as well as ensuring mid-term strategic goals are considered along side business appropriate risk tolerance levels.
