**The Opportunity**
Located in either New York, NY or Bridgewater, NJ the Vice President, Capability Development & AI Fluency is responsible for enabling MetLife’s workforce to perform as work, roles, and leadership continuously evolve—ensuring leaders and employees are equipped with strong leadership foundations, critical human skills, and AI‑enabled tools and technical capabilities.
Reporting to the Enterprise Head of Workforce Capability Development, this enterprise‑wide role sets direction, prioritization, and governance for workforce capability development in the AI era. As AI reshapes how work gets done, this role ensures MetLife translates AI investment into sustained readiness, adoption, and performance, moving beyond episodic training to continuous, practice‑based capability development aligned to real work.
