:This is a high-leverage leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & ACO General Manager, sitting within the ACO Performance & Oversight team. Wellvana’s practice transformation model spans four interconnected pillars — Analytics, Solutions, Engagement, and Technology — each owned by dedicated functional teams. This role doesn’t own any single pillar. It sits over all of them, ensuring that the enterprise is moving opportunities through the full performance improvement lifecycle: from identification and prioritization, through qualification and pilot design, to impact measurement and ultimately standardization and scale across the network.
