Internship Overview

Location: Peruvian Amazon, Cuzco region. Duration: 3 months. Start dates: enquire when applying. Cost: $5,100 USD. Includes food, accommodation, pre‑departure and in‑country support, orientation, and all project‑related activities. Does not include flights, airport pickup, travel insurance, personal spending, visas, or vaccinations.

Responsibilities

• Produce a professional portfolio of published multimedia work to showcase diverse skills.
• Understand the scientific process and conservation practices by working alongside researchers.
• Meet local people and learn about sustainability solutions they develop.
• Participate in weekly workshops in writing, photography, and videography, and field‑work training.
• Attend group workshops and one‑on‑one tutorials for career development.
