We are hiring a Level 1–2 VoIP / Telecom Support Technician with hands-on VoIP and networking experience to support U.S.-based business customers.
Key Responsibilities
- You will work directly with VoIP, network, and connectivity issues in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment aligned with U.S. business hours.
