About the Role

 
  Description 
 The Network and VoIP SME will develop and own the solution for real-time voice quality and network monitoring. Avaya uses VoipMonitor for this function. The VoipMonitor solution will be tightly integrated with the Avaya Managed Services Platform which is used to monitor the Avaya Cloud go-to-market offers.
 The Network and VoIP SME will have strong interaction with the Networking organization within Avaya IT as well as the Managed Services Platform organization that is also within Avaya IT. The role will perform the following tasks (not all-inclusive):
 Own the architecture and design of a real-time monitoring solution based on VoipMonitor
 Establish the detailed deployment requirements, which include: Placement of probes within the Avaya OneCloud network environments Placement of probes within customer networks when they are a hybrid deployment of Avaya OneCloud Ensure end-to-end network visibility including packets ...
