About the Role
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of specialized experience in voice network engineering and infrastructure management.
- Core Technical Skills (Must-Have): Hands-on experience with AudioCodes (SBCs, OVOC, and Media Gateways).
- Strong proficiency in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME) .
- Voice Networking: Solid understanding of call routing, SIP trunking, and endpoint provisioning.
- System Administration: Proven ability to manage voice infrastructure from design through deployment.
- Support & Monitoring: Experience in providing advanced technical support and using performance monitoring tools to ensure high-quality voice services.
- Documentation: Skilled in maintaining detailed network diagrams and configuration documentation.
