Voice Network Engineer

Job Description
The Voice Network Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, administration, and support of the organization's voice infrastructure. This role manages end-to-end voice network operations, including AudioCodes and Cisco unified communications platforms, to ensure stable, high-quality voice services. The engineer will also collaborate closely with other IT teams to support seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain voice infrastructure, including AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC, and Media Gateways
Administer Cisco CUCM and CME environments
Configure call routing, dial plans, and endpoint provisioning
Provide advanced (L2/L3) technical support for voice-related incidents
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot voice quality issues
Document configurations, procedures, and network changes
Work collaboratively with network, systems, and application teams
