VM Creative Specialist - Witchery (Fixed Term)

Purpose

The Witchery VM Creative Specialist supports the Head of VM in developing and executing monthly guidelines to bring the brand’s vision to life in-store. This role designs all creative elements for windows, in-store activations and key retail moments, including props, installations and fixtures. The VM Creative Specialist will define technical specifications, including materials, dimensions, and colours, for all design elements, ensuring consistency and quality. Additionally, this role creates floor layouts and styling guidelines for new collections and product refreshes, provides feedback on department-specific fixtures, and produces comprehensive guidebooks to ensure seamless execution by store teams. Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract role.
