Job Title: Regional Visual Merchandising Manager – Mumbai
Location: Mumbai (MMR including Thane & Navi Mumbai)
Reporting To: VM Head
Budget upto- 10 LPA
Role Overview:
The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager will drive VM excellence across 50+ retail touchpoints (EBOs, MBOs & General Trade) in Mumbai. The role ensures premium brand execution, high-speed campaign rollouts, flagship maintenance, and strong vendor management in India’s most high-visibility retail market.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Gold Standard VM execution across flagship and high-street stores.
Ensure 100% planogram compliance and superior fixture grooming.
Lead VM execution for New Store Openings (D-2 readiness).
Conduct regular audits and train store teams on VM standards.
Execute rapid marketing activations and influencer-led launches.
Manage Mumbai-based vendors while optimizing costs and quality.
Coordinate with Marketing, Projects, Retail Ops & Mall Management teams.
