About the Role
This Role includes but would be not limited to:
- To ensure all stores maintain display standards as per the manual.
- To ensure VM calendar is executed as per the plan.Plan and manage visual merchandising tasks to minimize expenditure and maximize productivity within allotted budget.
- To ensure all aged stocks / non-moving / are given prominent display area.
- To ensure effective demonstration of leadership, coaching , mentoring by taking at-least 1 refresher training sessions every month with a feedback given to HR
- To ensure effective handling of grievances and counselling of VM
- Identify potential talent & train for succession planning
