Perform Preventive Maintenance related to hardware only.

Physical Checking/Visual inspection of HW after production use

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for proper housekeeping of place and work area.
• Checks the grounds trap and/or foot strap at the start of the shift and log the result on the ground strap checklist.
• Meeting the required productivity standard and follow order of priority based on shift scheduled provided by immediate superior.
• Checks and prepares the needed materials, equipment and tools in his/her station.
• Follows manufacturing standard operating procedure of his/her station such as but not limited to:
• Proper trace ability of the lot
• Proper product handling control
• Labeling procedure
• Documentation procedure
• Other highlights and special instructions in the station
• Maintains PPM/LRR at its acceptable level.
