You will own still and motion design deliverables for our content team end-to-end.
You'll receive a brief, then lead the full workflow: develop creative proposals, generate and refine ideas, and translate the chosen direction into polished, on-brand assets that move quickly from brief to publication.
We expect high-quality, well thought-out, refined output rather than quantity. The right person is strong in visual fundamentals and motion craft, and is confident in visual workflows.
You will use GenAI to generate high-quality visual elements as building blocks—creating multiple AI assets, refining them, and stitching them together into a cohesive, highly polished final product.
You thrive in a strong growth-mindset environment and are a self-motivated learner who actively seeks feedback, experiments, and continuously improves.
