Role Summary:
The Compute Engineer is responsible for managing enterprise server and virtualization platforms to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable compute services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage physical and virtual server infrastructure
- Support virtualization and private cloud compute platforms
- Perform server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Monitor compute performance, capacity, and availability
- Troubleshoot complex server and virtualization issues
- Collaborate with storage and network teams
- Support ITIL processes including incident and change management
