About the Role
Own and lead end-to-end VMware migration initiatives, from planning and design through execution and validation Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Network, and IT Operations teams to ensure a seamless migration and ongoing support Create and enhance automation scripts to reduce manual effort and support large-scale migrations Execute migrations while maintaining stability and minimizing disruption to critical business services Support and maintain existing VMware environments (ESXi hosts, vCenter, virtual networking) throughout the migration Document processes, configurations, and outcomes to meet compliance and audit requirements
What You Bring: 8+ years of hands-on experience in virtualized infrastructure, with strong VMware expertise Experience migrating VMware workloads to other platforms (a strong asset) Familiarity with open-source and infrastructure management tools such a...
