Job Summary
PlacidWay is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant – Business Analyst to support business process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination in a fully remote setup. This role works closely with marketing, sales, operations, and support teams to improve efficiency and system usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and maintain business processes, SOPs, and workflows
- Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders
- Analyze CRM and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support KPI tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
- Assist with CRM enhancements, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
