About the Role
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Virtual Assistant to manage and convert our existing leads into booked calls and clients. This role is focused entirely on sales follow-up, lead qualification, and revenue support.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with warm and inbound leads in a timely manner
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Book sales calls directly onto the sales calendar
Re-engage non-responsive or stalled leads
Maintain and update CRM records accurately
Send follow-up emails and messages
Assist with proposals, onboarding, and post-call follow-up
Track and report daily and weekly sales activity and conversions
