About the Role
ZigZag is looking for a Virtual Assistant (Cin7 Bookkeeper + Digital Marketing Support) to join our team
*You must have extensive experience in using CIN7
*You must have experience using Xero as a Bookkeeper and basic digital marketing
*Fixed dayshift and weekends off + work from home
*HMO on Day 1, and company devices are provided
Responsibilities:
Accounts & Reconciliation
Uploading invoices via EzzyBills to Cin7
- Processing accounts email inbox and clearing into folders
- Process credits and adjustments
- Ensure Shopify payments sync correctly to Cin7 & Xero
Assist with finance prep:
- Outstanding supplier invoices
- Pending credits
- Unmatched transactions
- Maintain accuracy across inventory and accounting systems
- Order Processing & Inventory Management (Priority Focus)
