Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
• Guest messaging & round-the-clock communication
• Calendar & reservation management
• Pricing checks & basic optimization
• Coordinating cleaners / maintenance teams
• Handling guest issues with calm & professionalism
• Listing updates, reviews, and general admin tasks
Ideal Candidate
You're someone who:
• Has Airbnb / STR operations experience
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Is detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
• Has strong English writing skills
• Can work flexible hours (including weekends)
• Learns fast & takes ownership
