Live Service Group is seeking a Full-Time Virtual Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.

Must be available to work Australian business hours.

The Role

You'll be assigned as a Receptionist and Virtual Assistant and will work directly with the client.

Duties & Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls and forwarding them to the corresponding team/employee.

Calling customers to schedule an appointment.

Manage the admin's email inbox, including responding, organizing, and tracking all correspondence.

Transcribe Zoom/Virtual meeting notes.

Processing Purchase orders/Work orders

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree Graduate
