  • Service existing high-tier VIP clients, addressing daily inquiries and issues, including complex complaints; coordinate internal and external resources for rapid response.
  • Regularly gather client feedback on products, events, etc.; submit feedback and follow up until optimizations are fully implemented.
  • Promote platform-featured products or online/offline events; invite clients to use products or participate in activities.
