BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a VIP Account Manager to join their team based in Toronto .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of VIP and high-value players.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through personalized communication.
- Provide tailored promotions, bonuses, and offers based on player behaviour.
- Monitor player activity, analyse trends, and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Reactivate dormant VIP players and maximize retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, handling requests and escalations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Payments, and Customer Support teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible gaming standards.
- Maintain accurate records and internal reporting.
