Our amazing consulting team is looking forward to collaborating with a “people first” Veditor in our growing APAC market. This is a full-time role based in Malaysia.

As a Veditor, you are not just an editor - you are an algorithm-fluent performance creative. You understand that great content isn’t finished at export; it’s finished when it performs. You live at the intersection of culture, platform, and execution, and you know how to turn good creative into scalable content through iteration, optimization, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, retention).
• Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor with deep expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention across social platforms — owning the DJ‑ing, remixing, and optimization of content to drive scalable performance.
