About the role

We are looking for a detailed and thoughtful long-form editor to help elevate our YouTube channel and course content. This isn't just about clean cuts, it's about storytelling and enhancing the viewer experience for retention and authority building.

What you'll do

• Edit talking heads, screen recordings, and multi cam interviews
• Layer in B-roll, motion graphics, and illustrations to enhance clarity
• Cut down raw footage into narrative driven, bingeable content
• Edit with a deep understanding of pacing, tone, and audience
• Deliver 2 long form videos a week
• Participate in 1 of 10 research for titles, thumbnails, and competitors, bring ideas to the table backed by data
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on content structure and video concepts
• Edit for YouTube, courses, and other evergreen formats that support long-term brand growth
