About The Role

We’re hiring Video Editors to support a growing pipeline of short‑form, episodic content designed for Reels and similar platforms. This role is focused on producing high‑volume, narrative‑driven edits with fast turnaround and consistent quality.

We’re looking for editors who think like storytellers who can shape raw footage into engaging, easy‑to‑follow episodes with strong pacing, clear structure, and compelling endings that keep viewers watching.

Responsibilities

• Edit short‑form, episodic content for platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Maintain tight pacing and effective beat timing to maximize viewer retention
• Create engaging endings that encourage continued viewing or follow‑through
