We are looking for an exceptional video editor.

Seen TV is a decolonial media company telling the stories mainstream media ignores. We specialise in raw, mobile-first storytelling. This is NOT tv.

This role is for someone with a distinct style and serious narrative instincts.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form and long-form videos that are built to be watched all the way through.
• Shape narrative. Pacing. Suspense. Emotional arcs. Comedic timing too!
• Collaborate closely with producers and creatives to push ideas further.
• Know when to cut hard and when to let a moment breathe.

What You Should Be Good At

• You are a narrative editor first.
• You have a unique style. Not templates. Taste.
