Business Partnering
•Review and monitor overall performance for the business unit, providing financial insights, analysis and recommendations
• Partner closely with Regional business team on overall business model, revenue projections and evaluation of regional-wide business proposals new solutions, partnerships)
• Work closely with business team and local FBPs to provide timely, accurate budget and revenue reforecasts

Business Governance Policy & Process
• Setup and maintain financial governance frameworks and policies for business unit to ensure governance on key financial decisions
