Vice President, People and Culture Job Summary The Vice President, People & Culture (VP, P&C) will build on the foundational work of Vision 2030 by accelerating culture transformation, leadership development, and employer-of-choice strategies while optimizing existing programs through a scalable people and culture infrastructure.
