Your Purpose

The Vice President Global SPA and Wellness is the global business owner for all onboard SPA, wellness, beauty, and fitness operations across the Cruise Division of MSC Group, spanning MSC Cruises (Contemporary & Premium) and Explora Journeys (Luxury). The role has full accountability for SPA and treatment programs, fitness and thermal areas, salon services, wellness retail, medical aesthetics (where applicable), and future digital wellness offerings. This position ensures that luxury wellness standards, service rituals, therapeutic excellence, and holistic wellbeing philosophies are fully embedded—particularly for Explora Journeys—while maintaining scalable, brand-differentiated wellness frameworks across the fleet.
