Role Overview

A leading global organisation with large-scale, mission‑critical operations is seeking a Vice President of Facilities Management to lead and transform its facilities strategy across a complex, multi‑site portfolio in the UAE.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring world‑class standards across infrastructure, assets, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for facilities management across offices, operational sites, and specialised assets.
• Own end‑to‑end responsibility for hard and soft FM, including MEP, utilities, security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and asset lifecycle planning.
