About the Role

Job Description

The APAC CIB Client Office works across the Business Lines of Natixis CIB to define, develop and optimize the bank’s client franchise and improve commercial intensity and efficiency. The Client Office is positioned as an independent partner to the business – amid a strong business development in Asia-Pacific.
The Client Office Vice-President (VP) leads strategic projects and run-mode activities, reporting directly to the Asia Chief Client Officer with 2 main mandates:
Client Strategy – Orchestrating a series of strategic and concrete client developments across activities (Global Markets, IB, Real Assets, Global Trade, Portfolio Management, GSH)
Client Experience – Driving client feedbacks, monitoring key actions with client-facing teams, and ensuring the complaints framework for improved client experience.
