Vice President, Cash Equity Middle Office Senior Manager, Markets Operations

A manager in Cash Equity Middle Office is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team in an effort to process orders and transactions originating from trading desks in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of securities transactions.



**Responsibilities:**



+ Manage Cash Equity Middle Office consist of 7 people

+ Manage daily performance related to securities post-trade activities in middle office such as trade confirmation and booking reconciliation

+ Provide quality services to Japan domestic clients as sales support

+ Perform trade reconciliation and help submit regulatory reports as trade support in Japan Equity

+ Be responsible for middle office function in ECM deals

+ Understand Japan regulations and exchange rules and ensure adherence to them
