Vice President - Business Development, Asia (Aqua Feeds)

Overview of the role

The Vice President of Aquaculture will lead the development, performance, and expansion of Aboitiz Food Group - Gold Coin, Aquaculture Feed business across Southeast Asia and China.

This leadership role oversees the full aquaculture value chain,  from feed strategy and product innovation to commercial execution and market penetration, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

The role requires a hands-on, business-driven leader who can balance strategic direction with deep operational and technical understanding of aquaculture feed, nutrition, and farming markets (shrimp, tilapia, pangasius, marine fish).

As a key regional leader, the VP will work closely with Country Directors, functional heads, and technical experts to strengthen Aboitiz’s Aqua market position, build sustainable customer partnerships, and deliver innovative feed solutions to the aquaculture industry.
