We are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist and Customer Care administrator to join our team on a full‑time or part‑time basis.

The role will involve:

Responsible for liaising with clients and clinical staff to deliver an exceptional standard of customer care. The role includes meeting and greeting clients and their pets, managing appointments and diaries, handling telephone and email enquiries, processing payments for services and products, and overseeing cash handling and end‑of‑day banking.
