About the Role

Vendor Verification Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dutch & English speaking Administrator to support the vendor verification process for the next 9 months.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing vendor administration in SAP
  • Conducting vendor verification through regular phone calls with suppliers
  • Performing general administrative tasks using Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP, and other internal systems
  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative activities.

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with SAP, Microsoft Office tools and Outlook
