What role you will play in our team
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate and reliable vendor data by adhering to the procedures outlined in the Payables Handbook (PHB) and relevant country-specific guidelines.
You will collaborate with a diverse network of stakeholders, including ExxonMobil affiliates, suppliers, banking partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
You will play an active role in identifying and escalating key issues, partnering closely with your Supervisor to support informed decision‑making and ensure timely, effective resolutions.

Maintain and enhance the Vendor Master File within a well‑controlled environment, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity.
