Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor offshoring services, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and KPIs. Support functional leads in translating requirements to contractual terms and drafting Statements of Work (SoW). Provide expertise and knowledge in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for our client. Stay up-to-date on BPO market insights and best practises. Collaborate with business leads to track and drive saving initiatives.
